We’re here to amicably resolve any issues with your order. If you wish to return a book to us for refund, please communicate with us within 3 business days from the date that you receive the order and state the nature of your dissatisfaction, with images, preferably.
You have 7 business days to return the item from the date you received it.
For valid returns to be refunded, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it, along with proof of purchase.
Once received, we will inspect the item to assess the nature of your dissatisfaction. If approved, your item will be refunded within 7 working days.
You will pay the cost of shipping your returned item to us.
Refunds Will Cover:
- Full rental and deposit paid, shipping and add-on return shipping (if purchased) for a wrongfully sent item
- Full rental and deposit paid, shipping and add-on return shipping (if purchased) for a non-legible book (torn/missing pages, faded print)
